Wrong or Damaged Product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
For COD orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or another agreed method after verifying your bank details.
Exchange Policy
If available, exchanges are allowed for:

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

Cancellation Policy
